RESTRICTIONS ON USE

Skin Irritants
The following should be used sparingly to avoid skin irritations. It's recommended you test them prior to use in any skin applications (including baths, massages, etc.)

Avoid During Pregnancy

High Blood Pressure
Never use the following internally - use only low doses for external application.

Epilepsy
If you have a history of Epilepsy NEVER take the following internally! Use only in very small doses for other applications.

Toxic Essential Oils
The following are toxic if more than ten drops are taken internally at one time.
