Pearl: Pearls are calcified objects made by shellfish (most commonly known - oysters) and are usually pale white or cream colored, though darker blue, gray, and even black variations exist. They vary in size from slightly bigger than a grain of sand to the size of a baseball, though the average Pearl is between a quarter to a half inch in diameter. Lustrous and versatile, pearls are the perfect gift for ourselves and for others. Whether they are saltwater or freshwater, natural or cultured, pearls can be found to match skin tones, blend with hair color, accent casual and formal wear. Select from round to unusual baroque shapes, in lusters from iridescent white to burnished black. Wear pearls as chokers or let them cascade from neck to waist. Match them with pearl earrings. Depending on your mood, wear them with jeans, pinstripes or gown.Also Moonstone: Moonstones are translucent, milky gemstones usually pale blue or green that are cut from Albite. They are found in India and Australia and are known to be of ancient spiritual significance in their connection to the moon and the intuitive aspect of one's nature. Also ~ Alexanderite: Alexanderite is a green stone, a form of Chrysoberyl that was discovered in the USSR in the early nineteenth century and named for Czar Alexander II. Alexanderite is said to soothe the emotions and help wearers stabilize the expenditure of energy so that things that generally take a great effort, whether mental or physical, are less taxing.
